When Toshiba wanted to align their brandproposition and inter-divisional navigation across their world wide web presences they turned to Capgemini. André created a simple system of grids and design elements which helped design websites faster while offering a lot of freedom of content and execution for the autonomous business units of Toshiba. Instead of a forced policy a policy of support and education was followed to roll out the new design. The guidelines were readily adopted by Toshiba branches worldwide.
